I've decided to cackle and call people "My pretty" today. Just for the halibut. Storms last night, I love listening to the rain in bed in the dark, feeling the cool breeze come in the window. Perfect bonking conditions, but we shan't go there, shan't we. (I sure as shan't didn't!)
One of the amazing things, I think, about SD is the weather extremes. Today we are looking at upper 80's to 90's with 100% humidity. Louisiana couldn't ask for more. But in the winter we get polar conditions, negative temps for days, even weeks, straight and howling wind chills out of Satan's own nightmares. In between are the few days that are just genuinely beautiful. Don't misunderstand, I love it, but I think it takes a particularly tough breed of moron to stay here. Or someone with a pretty good budget for wardrobe.

Updated the movie reviews from earlier. I wish I had time to go further into detail but I don't. Plus, I'd rather discuss them than review them. In other news. Things is going ok for me. Still feeling better, nerve damage is healing which causes some funny sensations occasionally. The roof is almost done thanks to Dad and other relatives (Mom too). I'm hating not being able to work on it, especially this weekend when it was such perfect weather. Of course, they didn't quite finish and left one section unfinished and this morning it's doing the famous Dakota thunderstorm, hope not too much water get's in, we have some drywall up now.
